The sleek design of our bench is not only space efficient, but built on a sturdy 50mm square and tubular steel frame that can handle your most vigorous workouts without slipping or shifting. Well-padded knee and ankle rollers allow you to comfortably lock in your legs for a true isolated ab crunch workout. The ankle roller adjust to four positions, ranging from 10” to 16“ apart for the proper fit to accommodate a range of heights. The soft, 2” high-density foam pad upholstered with heavy duty water-resistant vinyl makes even extended exercise more comfortable, and it wipes down easily. When you’re finished, the bench folds down for easy storage.
