This Upright Bike is computerized with removable control unit, and programmed with Astrand, Bruce, YMCA, Naughton, Ramp, plus target heart rate adjusted workload. The individual exercise protocols can be programmed and stored. The heart rate is monitored with chest belt of telemetry type.
